Alicia Scott Manager, Research & Administration

Alicia Scott leads CarterBaldwin’s research and administrative teams.  She has personally conducted research for hundreds of successful searches brings an energetic and creative perspective to each of our projects.  Alicia is passionate about her work at CarterBaldwin and is driven to deliver excellent results.

Alicia serves as board secretary & vice president of Grace Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization with offices in Birmingham, AL, Chattanooga, TN  and Newport News, VA.  She also plays violin and sings at First Redeemer Church. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and has CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) and CDR (Certified Diversity Recruiter) designations from AIRS, a search industry training organization (an ADP company).
