As a Founding Partner of CarterBaldwin, Mr. Harding has a proven track record of leading successful searches and building executive teams in a broad diversity of industries and functional specializations.  As a founding partner of the firm, Mr. Harding played a key role in the development of the vision and in laying a foundation of customer satisfaction that has allowed for CarterBaldwin's year over year annual growth and national recognition.

Mr. Harding's clients range from construction and development businesses to high technology companies and vary in size from entrepreneurial and venture-backed start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations.  He has been principle consultant on more than 100 successfully completed recruiting engagements while building two successful companies in his seventeen-year executive search career.  With a strong specialization in senior management selection and team alignment, Mr. Harding's recruitment consulting focus includes searches for C-Level leadership, officers, and directors for both privately held and publicly traded companies.

In 2004, Mr. Harding was appointed by Georgia Governor, Sonny Perdue to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Department of Economic Development where he chairs the Technology Committee.  In addition to his responsibilities at CarterBaldwin, Mr. Harding currently serves as Chairman of United Technology Group (www.utgsolutions.com), President of the Technology Executive Roundtable (www.ter-atlanta.com), on the AeA Southeast Council Executive Committee (www.aeanet.org), and on the boards of Industriaplex (www.industriaplex.com), There's Hope Ministries (www.thereshope.org), High Tech Ministries (www.hightechministries.org), The Technology Association of Georgia (www.tagonline.org ), and on the Advisory Board for The Trinity Forum (www.ttf.org) .  Mr. Harding's articles have appeared in various publications and he has been quoted in INC Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle and numerous industry and trade magazines. 

Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Mr. Harding served as Director of Manufacturing Operations for Astechnologies, an Atlanta based company that produced hydraulic presses that were used in the manufacture of automotive headliners.  He received his Bachelors Degree in Theology from Baptist University of America, and conducted Masters level studies in Pastoral Counseling at Temple Baptist Seminary in Chattanooga.

In 2002, Mr. Harding won the Georgia Primary for Senate District #27 before being defeated in a run-off.  In addition to an active interest in politics, Mr. Harding teaches a Sunday School class at First Redeemer Church in Cumming, Georgia.  He and his wife, Nancy, have two married daughters and live in Cumming, Georgia.
